File Setup for Spot On Graphix

All work should be submitted as a TIFF, EPS, PDF or AI file. All fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines. Files should be prepared at 150 dpi at size or 300 dpi if we are to enlarge your document.

Submitting word documents, powerpoint slides, or other file types could produce undesirable graphics. If you are unable to create a file in the specified format, we will be happy to help you. Computer time is billed at $80 per hour and is assessed in 15 minute increments. However, as a courtesy to our customers, the first 15 minutes is not billed.

When submitting files to Spot On Graphix, please use our upload page and not our email. Our upload page is fast and secure, and also provides us with descriptions that are essential to printing your graphics correctly and on time.
